This industrial 1950s desk by French designer Raymond Loewy (1893 – 1986) for Chicago manufacturer Brunswick features an exposed metal frame, hairpin legs and floating birch drawers. The atomic industrial writing desk is set off by a blueish/grey metal skirt. All three drawers are fully functional with lots of practical storage including a deep file drawer; the top surface is laminate.
